Hotel Cecilia Asunción, Asunción

My stay at Hotel Cecilia was quite frustrating. I really struggled with noise issues throughout my visit, despite numerous requests for a quiet room. On the positive side, the hotel offers spacious rooms and a decent breakfast, but overall, I wouldn't recommend it due to the ongoing noise challenges and a lack of adequate service.
